简介：Chinese herbs have been attracting intensive attention with the increasing of health care. The screening and analysis of bioactive components in medicinal plants are very important for ensuring their efficacy, safety as well as quality. A conventional procedure for finding bioactive components is the chemical separation followed by pharmacological screening, or bioassay guided separation. In this presentation, chromatographic methods coupled with bioassay developed in our lab were introduced for discovery of bioactive components from Chinese herbs.


主讲人简介：李绍平博士，澳门大学中华医药研究院、中药质量研究国家重点实验室（澳大）教授、安徽皖西学院皖江学者特聘教授、博士生导师。
主要从事中药活性成分与质量评价研究，现为国际中医药学会理事；中国生物化学与分子生物学会理事；中国药学会中药与天然药物专业委员会委员、药物分析专业委员会委员；中国自然学会药用植物资源专业委员会副主任委员；中国生物化学与分子生物学会工业生物化学与分子生物学分会常务理事；Asian Chemistry Letters主编；International Journal of Analytical Chemistry编辑，Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, Journal of Functional Food, Journal of Separation Science, American Journal of Chinese medicine，药学学报A/B、中国药学杂志、中国中药杂志、药物分析杂志、药物生物技术、中国现代中药、中药材等国内外10多个专业杂志的编委。
提出基于药理活性的中药质量控制，出版了首本英文专著，建立了多种色谱分离与在线活性检测平台；提出并建立糖谱，成功用于多种中药多糖的质量控制研究；提出了独特的中药化学对照品解决策略，建立虚拟中药挥发性化学对照品库。主（副）编中、英文专著3部；发表SCI论文130多篇, H-影响因子30；研究成果获中国专利4项，申请国际专利1项。
